Any installation tips for an aftermarket performance chip I bought off eBay for my VU SS would be muchly appreciated

From The info i have heard is that you need to open ecu and replace the chip inside the ecu as not just a meb cal you could also need to upload info back to the new chip so best bet is to talk to a performance shop about it all go see the ecu people in perth who could help out there name is petro jet they are near the glorie home ground in perth  |

Thanks mate but it's one of the plug n play type that you just plug in at the IAT sensor but the instructions they sent me are quite vague |

Cant you just get a performance chip and pay some proffesional to replace it with the standard chip or do you need to buy a complete ecu becuase ive seen a few memcal chips and a few memcal chips already in a ecu for $250 - $300 on ebay.
