From The info i have heard is that you need to open ecu and replace the chip inside the ecu as not just a meb cal you could also need to upload info back to the new chip so best bet is to talk to a performance shop about it all go see the ecu people in perth who could help out there name is petro jet they are near the glorie home ground in perth drinks.gif

Thanks mate but it's one of the plug n play type that you just plug in at the IAT sensor but the instructions they sent me are quite vague

Cant you just get a performance chip and pay some proffesional to replace it with the standard chip or do you need to buy a complete ecu becuase ive seen a few memcal chips and a few memcal chips already in a ecu for $250 - $300 on ebay.

I have this information "When you plug a high-tech performance chip into your vehicle, you'll get-
Massive boosts in both horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range for stronger towing, faster off-the-line acceleration and rapid passing.."hope this will help you..smile.gif

Thanks
