Anyone able to help? ive converted a 6cyl auto vx to a healthier V8. my air is not blowing cold, lights up and blower unit functions. Had a auto elec take a look and said he need to rewire whole lot. i certainaly beg to diff. i having a crapy time
locating my air con relay units and would like a diagram or where i can get my mits on one of the AC. HELP pls. ITS forkn Hot. ITS a VX acclaim. |

Did you ever get a diagram for the air con blower, or did it need rewiring I only ask as my son has a 1995 VS Executive and he is blowing 30A Blower Fuses only when he turns fan controls to 4th Speed (and thats not with the a/c button pressed) (no air comes out on the first 3 speeds) So we are trying to see what we can do. Any help would be appreciated Regards Ismegordo |

Any help would be appreciated Regards Ismegordo Blower fan runs through speed resistor for 1, 2, 3 settings. Straight battery voltage for 4th speed. If you keep blowing the fan fuse it must have a short. Disconnect the fan and try. Good starting point. Might be siezed.  -------------------- Better the Devil you know!
