Hi, I have a combo 96 model, have head gasket gone. I got the head resurfaced and valves done. Son is a mechanic and did all the work. Now it refuses to start. Started sluggishly when head gasket blown so compression not a factor. Would relacing the hydraulic lifters help? I am not a mechanic and any advice would help....
