 CD Error in VY stereo, cd wont eject from unit |

Hi Guys,
I was playing a cd and got the "cd error" on the screen then the system automatically went to radio mode - if I press eject nothing happens, if I press CD button the system tries to work... i get the cd error code... then the system goes back to the radio. how do i get the cd out ???  |

Well the best way is to reset the unit by popping it out for a minute or so.
If the error still occurs you can remove the top cover and VERY carefully work the release manually. Probably cheaper to install a new, non-genuine unit at that point. Expensive to repair. -------------------- Better the Devil you know!

Repalcement second hand units are on ebay for around $60-$80 depending on condition without PIN code. I have seen brand new OEM units with codes for the $295 touch.
